If you're like me -and most people- finding a workout routine that works for you can be a challenge. I'VE TRIED IT ALL, but the one thing that was always missing is having a community to do it with. When you choose to get healthy with other like-minded women, YOU STICK WITH IT!  You push through with your tribe of inspiring ladies who only want the best for you. You share more than fitness goals with each other - you share the journey, the good days and the bad. It doesn't matter how much you sweat or how you look in your workout clothes, it only matters that you find a healthy solution that actually works for you!

WHAT TO EXPECT


It's pretty simple, once you've made the decision to join, you will receive personal coaching by me at no extra cost to you!  We'll set up a time to chat about any questions you have and decide on a workout that's perfect for you based on your goals, lifestyle, and level of activity. After picking your program, I will add you to our "members only" group which starts on the first of each month and runs conveniently through our free customized phone app. This is where we all check-in daily to share our progress, as well as our favorite healthy recipes, weekly meal plans, grocery lists, motivational quotes and fitness tips. It's a safe space where you can express your struggles, as well as your personal victories! 

Oh, and don't worry about falling off the wagon like you may have done in the past because your fitness program includes the one-on-one accountability from me and the support of our community from start to finish! It's a great way to build friendships with others who will keep you on track and cheer you on! This is hands down one of my favorite things about being a Beachbody Coach! My passion lies in listening to everyone's unique story, sharing in their fitness journey and witnessing how much their lives change in just a few short weeks! I love that it has become a special place where women come together to feel their best and form forever friendships. After six years of leading fitness groups, I know that our formula gets results! Count on this as your daily me-time!
